Thank you for exhibiting at Net Zero Conference & Expo. Our goal is to simplify the process of exhibiting the best we can. Below are the details you'll require to plan and organize your exhibit space. If you have any questions along the way, feel free to contact us any time.

Exhibitor Move In: October 24th 11:00am – 6:00pm

Exhibitor Move Out: October 27 4:00pm – 10:00pm

PLEASE NOTE: All freight must be delivered to the south docks, located on Macleod Trail, between 8th avenue and 9th avenue.

Each exhibitor is entitled to three staff badges. Registration for these badges is only now available onsite.

Your exhibit space includes:

Standard spaces: (8x10 and 8x20)

Floor space, draped display booth, crate storage during the show, limited material handling, 24-hour roaming security, two booth staff badges, and twenty-five guest passes to exposition. You are also eligible for a 15% discount off posted conference rates.

Hardwall Package: (8 x10’s and 8x20’s only)

Floor space, hardwall shell scheme, counter, two (2) stools, name placard, daily janitorial, one (1) 800-watt electrical outlet, crate storage during the show, limited material handling, 24-hour roaming security, two booth staff badges, and twenty-five guest passes to exposition. You are also eligible for a 15% discount off posted conference rates.

Kiosk:  72-inch wide x 18-inch deep custom kiosk (graphics not included)

32-inch monitor, one shared 110V electrical outlet, crate storage during the show, standard booth carpet, one (1) stool, crate storage during the show, limited material handling, 24-hour roaming security, two booth staff badges, and twenty-five guest passes to exposition. You are also eligible for a 15% discount off posted conference rates.

Exhibits do not include: shipping, internet, banner hanging, booth furnishings and accessories, parking passes or admittance to the conference sessions or educational seminars.
